This capacity building service supports the strategic objectives of EEP improving the overall capacity of the Company engineering business unit bridging the gap as compared to the best performing engineering and consulting firms.

  • In depth analysis of EEP’s engineering systems, identify gaps versus top firms, and design practical solutions
  • Develop policies, procedures, manuals, templates, and identify tools (software and testing facilities) for energy resources assessment, power plant and transmission design, surveying, material testing, geotechnical investigation, supervision, cost estimation, and IPP project management, aligned with industry best practices
  • Deliver expert-level capacity-building training for 30 EEP engineering employees on topics including solar, wind, hydro, and geothermal energy resource assessments, engineering design, power system analysis, IPP contract management, and simulation software usage
  • Develop a competency framework, training strategy, and strategic roadmap to enhance employee skills and build self-reliant capacity for power plant, transmission, and substation design and management.
  • Identify business models, tools, and processes for maximizing office operations, prepare a Business Continuity Management (BCM) plan, and provide office space, furniture, and facilities for project execution
