  • The training program for Managers of Hydro Power Plants (HPP) in Dokan and Derbandikan was designed to enhance their expertise in the rehabilitation, operation, and maintenance of hydroelectric facilities. The program combined theoretical knowledge with practical experience, focusing on key rehabilitation strategies such as upgrading aging infrastructure, improving operational efficiency, and integrating modern technologies. Topics included preventive and predictive maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, risk management, and environmental compliance, as well as utilizing data analytics for optimizing plant performance. Participants took part in workshops, case study reviews, and interactive sessions with industry experts to strengthen their understanding of HPP rehabilitation.
  • A key component of the program was a series of site visits to Italian dams ( Edolo Hydropower Plant, Grosio Hydropower Plant , Ventoux Hydropower t Plant, Premadio Hydropower Plant ), where participants gained hands-on experience with advanced rehabilitation techniques. These visits included case studies of similar projects at Italian hydroelectric facilities, showcasing modern turbine systems, automation, and dam safety measures. This exposure fostered the adoption of international best practices, helping the managers apply these lessons to improve the rehabilitation and operation of their own facilities.
