Project

Construction of 230 kV single circuit transmission lines (149 km long) from Azezo to Chilga (42 km), from Fincha II to Shambu (42 km) and from Metu to Masha (65 km).
Construction of new 230 kV substations at Shambu, Masha, Chilga.
Upgrade of existing substations at Azezo, Fincha II, Metu.
Financed by International Dvelopment Association, IDA.
